Bring the excitement of a busy construction site to life with the LEGO® City Yellow Construction Excavator (60420). This impressive construction vehicle set is packed with realistic details, moving functions and accessories, making it an excellent choice for children who love heavy machinery, building vehicles and imaginative role-play.

With 633 pieces, a large tracked excavator and 3 LEGO® minifigures, this set offers a rewarding building experience followed by plenty of construction-site adventures.

🚧 A Realistic Construction Excavator

The centrepiece of the set is a detailed yellow tracked excavator, designed to recreate the look and functionality of a real construction machine.

The excavator features rugged, ground-gripping tracks, allowing it to travel across uneven terrain and construction sites. Its articulated boom provides realistic movement, while the driver's cab and upper section rotate through 360 degrees, giving the vehicle excellent manoeuvrability during play.

The large excavator bucket can be positioned to simulate digging, lifting and moving rubble, making it easy for young builders to create their own construction scenarios.

🏗️ Build, Dig and Explore

Once built, the excavator becomes the perfect vehicle for imaginative construction projects. Children can pretend to dig foundations, clear rubble, prepare building sites or transport materials around their LEGO® City.

The combination of moving tracks, rotating cab and articulated boom gives the model an authentic feel and provides plenty of hands-on play possibilities.

The finished excavator measures approximately 12 cm high, 32 cm long and 11 cm wide, making it a substantial vehicle for both play and display.

👷 Three Construction Characters

The set includes three LEGO® City minifigures representing different members of the construction team:

- Excavator driver

- Construction worker

- Architect

These minifigures allow children to create realistic construction-site stories and coordinate different jobs around the site.

The set also includes accessories such as a jackhammer, walkie-talkie and architectural blueprint, adding extra detail and role-play possibilities. Two cordon barriers are included to help create a convincing construction-zone environment.

🧱 A Rewarding 633-Piece Build

With 633 pieces, LEGO City 60420 provides an engaging building experience for children aged 8 and over.

The construction process introduces builders to a variety of LEGO techniques while creating a large, highly playable vehicle. Once completed, the excavator has enough size and functionality to become a standout addition to a LEGO City layout.

🏙️ Expand Your LEGO City

LEGO® City construction sets are designed to work together, allowing children to create their own expanding city filled with vehicles, buildings and characters.

LEGO® City 60420 can be combined with other construction-themed sets to create a much larger building site, complete with multiple machines, workers and projects.

Whether used independently or as part of a larger LEGO® City collection, the Yellow Construction Excavator provides plenty of opportunities for creative storytelling.

⭐ Perfect Gift for Construction Fans

LEGO® City 60420 is an excellent gift for children who are fascinated by excavators, diggers, construction machinery and building sites. It also makes a great choice for LEGO® City fans looking for a substantial vehicle with realistic functions.
